PLEASE READ: Fire vs. Saint Round 3 [The Battle is ON]

If you’re saying that you don’t ever do full 15 min, I probably myself won’t do that either.

Recon and finding a sweet spot has been a challenge for me. I have only gotten symptoms of overexposure during my first cycle. Currently 3rd cycle ever, and I still have yet to get any recon symptoms. I’m wondering if maybe some people can get it but don’t feel it. Similar to how some people have high blood pressure and won’t know for years, others can feel it in the form of headaches and other symptoms right away.

Anyhow, I don’t think I will do full 15 min loops since you yourself don’t do that either.

Don’t base your listening habits off anyone else. If you can handle 15 minutes, feel free to do so. I’m a mild hardgainer. I have a somewhat stubborn personality that’s open to change, but it has to be gradual, steady change. Pushing too hard sends me into a kind of demand avoidance, hence why I have to do microloops.

So do you increase your listening time over 3 minutes over time?

For me it’s like I don’t get recon if I tell my subconscious to tell me when to stop listening.
But if I listen much longer I get headache, feel irritated and stuff.

Not in awhile. I have to constantly test new things, so it’s hard to maintain a regular stack for long periods of time.

I HAVE NEVER MET A NEW SUBLIMINAL USER THAT NEEDS MORE THAN 5 MINUTES OF EXPOSURE TO START
[/quote]

I’m curious about this as well.
I noticed for the highly sensitive users myself, @Jouissance , etc who seem to get results quickly from microloops it’s easier to overexpose.

Where as people like @Plutus can run 9 full loops in a week and @Sub.Zero could probably do 40+ :grinning: (slight exagerration)
.
I think @Invictus being the only person who seems to be hyper sensitive to smaller amounts and effects and can run a ton of loops/stacks (if I remember correctly)

Most people can get great results off-3-5 minutes.

I have found in my conversations with people that only users who can run multiple loops a week with ease have also had success with terminus and terminus squared builds. I’m curious if there is a correlation here.

And how new tech will be built on more powerful tech, given that most people honestly don’t seem to need or would be able to handle it.

What’s been helping the most? I’m slowly deconstructing this as well, probably the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Relearning how to motivate myself and get things done without that self administered shot of adrenaline.

The life style plays a big role too. Using something like Wanted Black & living the good life will be different to someone using it while actively studying while living off ramen. The stack in question needs a certain starting point

This is what i have been doing with a spiritual teacher as well so its very sync in action with drr4.
I would play a longer loop before session and the practice it self brings triggering things from unconscious to dissolve, transmute emotional charge and integrate what needs to be integrated, accepted and understood.
Looking forward to that tech and zpu dragonreborn red edition.

Not exagerration at all, bruv.

However, it’s not the amount of exposure that matters as much as how truthful one is with themselves and to what degree they act on it — the flow factor heavily depends on that. One can’t lie to ZP, even if they’re running 40+ loops a week or sticking to perfect microloops.

That’s very close to the kind of framework required when working with the new recon tech in order to truly capitalize on it.

This is a very good point as well. If you’re already financially taxed, for example, running a wealth sub will be much more difficult than if you start from a place where you’re a bit more relaxed. Makes me think a lot more about how we should approach an eventual “foundational” sub. I know everyone thinks it should be something alpha based, but I’ve been playing around with an idea that I’m not going to say openly yet, but would be a quite interesting take on a “foundational” title.

This is all phenomenal conversation, ideas and strategies. Keep it coming.

I have done this as well before Qigong class. Results were iffy, since the style of Qigong I practice requires more than anything else, deep relaxation and the recon would prevent me from doing that. However, if I continued to practice another 30-45 minutes after class, that’s when I would see the most results.

I don’t question that at all. However:

We just can’t ignore the nature of ZP and the universe. You can’t lie to them like you can to yourself or other people, even if you’re super rich.

By being truthful with yourself and acting on that truth, you’ll always find a way with ZP.

To me, it would be a subliminal that helps develop mental faculties (e.g., mental clarity, introspection, self-regulation) that support effectively using all these amazing tools you guys create. Mental alchemy is an art—and it requires skill.

But if I am financially taxed, all the more I want to run a wealth sub(s) to improve my financial situation.
please consider some official instructions of exactly when to run subs.

It’s interesting how subs seem to bring out what I believe is already innate what I mean is, it’s already there within us.

Back when I was in Thailand about 15 years ago, I was training in Muay Thai every day and meditating each morning. A month into it, the day before I flew out, I went to this club packed with stunning women. All of a sudden, I felt my body heating up like it was radiating raw sexual energy. Instantly, women around me started reacting. I got approached, hit on, and it was wild.

So yeah, it’s pretty clear now subs don’t create that magnetism, they just clear out the mental fog that’s blocking your natural fire. We didn’t have subliminals like Primal Nights back then… but damn, that energy? It was already in me, waiting to be unleashed.

I askimg myself what happened back then and now. Probably bad beliefs etx.

Something I’ve been advocating for years on this forum. A basic, leveling up title/core that preps the user for the rest of the library.

Self esteem, self worth, confidence, good boundaries, emotional stability, regulation, light inner child work…

90% the cause of so many maladapted behaviours is simply because the user has a background of shame, which leads to a small life. I have a best friend who is 40, still jobless, lives at his mother’s place and is meek, the cause being endlessly screamed at by his mother. He expects to live a life of no ambition, because it’s been physically beaten out of him.
I’m not too far behind him, despite achieving a degree and masters, and a long life of trying to dig myself out of the same hole using whatever modality that works. Subliminal Club works for me but a foundational sub would be the key for every other title to work so much better, leveling up and improving my lifestyle.

Hero covers this and of course much more.

Have you ever had that again since or on any particular sub?
