But as we mentioned above: we know to little about sleep, how it works and what it does.
It would be as if some person with no deep knowledge about windows starts to change settings that are only accessible at a deep layer.
20 years ago I tried to optimize my Internet connection. I didn’t know what I was doing. I found some hidden feature of Windows XP and changed a lot of settings, convinced I optimized everything. Only later I noticed that my Internet didn’t work anymore. So I couldn’t access the homepage that lead me to this console. That was back, when you didn’t have Smartphones and only one computer per family. I had to reinstall Windows and everything. Because I tinkered with settings I didn’t understand.
Same with sleep. Why do we need sleep? To clean out brain from waste? Is there more? Dreams? Do we need them? Do we need to process trauma? Or only what occured today?
Do we need to archive memories?
If you don’t understand a system, don’t change anything.
Physical Shifting is different, I’d guess. We know how we lose weight, how bones grow, how faces change their shape, how healing works in a general way. A lot to work with.
If you want to sleep less, research polyphasic sleeping and combine it with any sleep subliminal or module (PZzzz, RoD, Deep sleep, Machine Totality,…) you’d like.
