Unless we take a scientific approach, our cognition is purely based on our own psychological makeup and, especially, our perception of others’ psychology (projection is the most common occurrence) let alone their “value”. Without objective metrics and psychological discipline, we are utterly solipsistic beings indeed.

We even created gods in our own image. Where there is no science, there is always superstition. However, superstition is the bridge between the conscious and the subconscious, and no science will ever be able to change that.
Superstition is all we really have.

The fear of the unknown and the ignorance that follows are what hinder and “mutilate” our kind—and each of us individually—the most… always.
Yet feeling good is ‘better’ and way easier than facing the fear. Superstition is our favorite drug.
