I’v just been thinking of this,if paragon sleep gets upgraded to the point where you only need 2-4 hours of sleep then you stack it with emperor black you could be working on your craft for around 20+ hours a day.

After a month you could have around 500+ hours into whatever it is you were working on blowing your competition out of the water who are unable to replicate your focus and unneedines of sleep.

After 12 months it could be 5,000+ hours,after 24 months you could be an expert

I VERY HIGHLY doubt that Sub Club would EVER release a product that implies that you only need 2 - 4 hours of sleep knowing how heavy the legal implications are.
There are decades of scientific research showing that you need enough sleep for your brain and body to even function normally. 2 to 4 hours is NOWHERE near enough.

Listen, instead of trying to sleep less, aim to learn to prioritize better and learn how to work more efficiently so you can get things done and get enough sleep.
You train judo right? Show me one judo teacher, one sports expert or one expert in any field that says that little sleep is the way to go. :man_facepalming:

Why we sleep, aside from the most superficial biological reasons, is not even entirely understood. To want to “maximize” your productivity by cutting down on time asleep is just the kind of talk you find with modern productivity gurus on youtube.

There have been individuals in history that have barely slept, but I urge you not to mess with things that aren’t even entirely understood yet.

Iv just read reviews of people who have practiced buteyko breathing and become experts that have reduced their sleep need to 2 hours,wich is why i asked and peolple on the raw primal diet who only need to sleep around 5 hours plus theres people who genetically only need around 4 hours of sleep,its not like were going against the laws of pyhsics here, people on the kb forum report less sleep too.

Just throwing my crazy ideas out there “what if i only needed 2-4 hours of sleep”

Please just take an open minded approach first without thinking its crazy

It’s not a question of being open-minded or bringing up ideas. You gotta ask yourself where you get that kind of thinking from and how it meshes with life in general. Out of curiousity, have you ever read of somebody thinking like that in pre-modern times? Have you looked into possible theories about why we sleep and what can be done in sleep? Why do you need to blow your competition out of the water through working longer than they do? I don’t know about you, but with these kind of thoughts, I can hear Rockefeller and Ford cackling in the background, this is the mindset they’d have loved to instill in their workers.

There’s so much about sleep we don’t understand yet.

Just two anecdotal points from me:

  1. I tried polyphasic sleeping for a couple of months. I got along pretty well with just 4 hours split in 4 parts.
    The extrem schedules even propose 2h are enough if you keep the schedule religiously.
    The inventor of this schedule got old. But he was a successful business man so was able to set his schedule accordingly so he could sleep 30 minutes every six hours.
    As I said above it worked, but over time, I just missed sleeping longer without an alarm waking me up so I returned to 8h straight.

  2. When I was carnivore, my need for sleep dropped to 6 hours max. And I was much more energetic compared to before.

So I believe with the right nutrition and sleeping schedule it’s possible to reduce sleep tremendously without risking your mental or physical health.
If subs alone can do it, I don’t know. But they could help.

Honestly, i wish i can reduce my sleep too. But every time i get less sleep than 7-8 hours, it always negatively affected my entire day. The extra few hours are not worth it. Optimization is the key.

It cant be that hard for subliminal technology to try to atleast reduce our need for sleep by a couple hours right? Is pyhsical shifting harder than needing less sleep? I know its ambitous but its been proven by certified medical doctors and has been done by many people naturally(look at what i linked above) but im not gonna pester for it but would like for it to be taken into consideration or discussed after all subliminal clubs motto is “become legendary” and the idea of subliminals themselves are crazy,

Maybe an experimental to speed up the processes of sleep?

Also 1/3 of our life is spent sleeping if you sleep 8 hours a day or around 26 years,its a high return on investment if you can manage to sleep less as you are gaining years of your life back pretty much

Energetic practices also help with needing less sleep

Sleep exists for a reason. No one really quite knows that reason. Paragon Sleep optimizes your sleeping, which sometimes means you appear to need less sleep since whatever the body needs from it is achieved quicker. That’s as far as we’re willing to go regarding sleep. We will optimize but never try to directly reduce sleep.

Just because people are sleeping less, doesn’t mean their systems are working better. Furthermore, it’s a common mistake for people who experience greater energy to try and lower their intake of healthy food, sleep or water - you should be continuing all three at optimal levels, as you need all three for optimal functioning.

On an energetic level you are greatly unbalancing yourself by not sleeping enough, which you will have to pay for one way or another.

Or…

You can just get enough sleep.
