That, I do not know. We’ve seen some remarkable transformations posted here, but I won’t sit here and try to BS you and pretend that going from a 5 to 10 is absolutely possible. I think we should all set reasonable expectations and then become pleasantly surprised if it exceeds those expectations.
We don’t have a lot of information – if any – on anyone running something like LotS for a very long period of time, like a year. It is possible, however, that running it that long could indeed generate incredible results.

There’s a couple pretty insane transformations posting around in the journals I’ve seen. I’ve had pretty great results with it as well, but haven’t ran it long term enough. I think the biggest thing with deep transformation whether it is wealth, dating, physical shifting, is that you have to have a belief that it’s possible. For most people, going from a 5-7 seems totally plausible, but would have a harder time believing they could actually become a 10. That said, I could honestly see pairing LoS with a title like WB that gives you the internal feeling of being a 10 would take you pretty darn close.

Does Stark Black have any physical shifting? I’m intending to run it for quite some time, so if there’s physical shifting, I might as well take it into account and observe and journal
I don’t think so, but I’d have to look at the script again. Remember, everyone – we’re at enough titles now that I can’t actually recall all the details of every script, lol. It’s very much focused on the business, innovation side.
LotS is like 80% physical shifting, WB has some in there as well.

Emperor did have physical shifting effects on me - keeping diet has become effortless (and I lost weight in the process and keeping going - 5.5kg lost), I think my jawline has become sharper (probably due to fat loss) and I had more workout motivation, also easily adopted habits for health
For SB, I’ll need to monitor it closer I guess

I agree, I think the physical shifting in emperor is quite pronounced even if it’s not a big portion of the script. I find myself pretty quickly with a more muscular/bulky physique, thicker frame, and more masculine appearance.

SB has this objective:
- Personal Transformation: Undergo a profound transformation that elevates every aspect of your being – physically, mentally, and spiritually.
also charisma, walking into any room and commanding respect, etc - all easier when halo-effect is on your side so physical shifting in SB makes sense for me

Having ran 6-7 cycles of SB, I don’t think their is much physical shifting in SB. If there is it’s more of the body language, etc that is common across most of the alpha titles. There may be some carry over as well to your fitness routine from the drive/alpha scripting, but as far as direct physical shifting I am pretty confident it is not in SB.

I’ve ran the same amount of cycles in the past but didn’t take any action towards physical shifting (and overall I didn’t take enough action) so can’t comment really tbh
6-7 cycles, what has been hour biggest benefit?
Looking back, the biggest improvement I would say is a steady but gradual increase in my status, network, job opportunities. Didn’t really notice a lot of in my face results at the time, but I have certainly raised in status both in my personal life, and career. I also have built a level of certainty and conviction in myself and skillset, that I will be succesful and that I’m good at what I do. A lot of internal changes.
The biggest thing I was running it for was on call sales performance; and when I’m consistent I notice it effect that pretty significantly, as well as my lead quality, lead volume, etc.
I will say, for the first 3-4 cycles this past spring, I saw massive progress in a lot of area’s, but I was 100% dialed in and cut out a lot of my social life. I take the Summer off and was running more social/seduction subs and was not as consistent with my focus on SB or my career.
That all said, I have zero interest in innovation at this point, so I don’t really take action on a big majority of the scripting.

I always looked at Stark Black as something specifically tech related. I just read parts of the sales page and it isn’t at all. Thankfully I have now had my opinion changed.
