What I meant is that physical shifting takes a lot of energy and could lead to a sense of lethargy, so EmpD itself may not contain A LOT of it. I was recommending to run it along side LotS to really get great results. But physical shifting is present, just not as much as LotS.

Well, altough I voted for both options because I can see them being used in my stack/custom myself, I have to admit that subconsciously I somehow do not like the “Daddy” name of this Emperor variant. As it evokes something “old” to me, ironically to focus on making more seasoned men more attractive and younger like with Regal I guess. But maybe it is just my feeling as some people seem to like this name.

It does seem to work. The exact mechanism in which the mind and body does it is unknown. Our research is in measuring outcomes, since what one calls the subconscious is by its very nature elusive. All that we can see is the external response, and thus our scripting and the refinement of the scripting is based upon that.
That’s why when people start going on about the supernatural, our response is the same: the supernatural, cannot be measured by any reasonable, standard means and as such, we couldn’t possibly determine how to include such things in a script because the concept makes no sense.
So, while we all have our theories, how the body shifts due to physical shifting largely remains a mystery. However, what we can say is that an individual who focuses their mind on physical shifting — even without subs, some use vision boards and the such — seems to get results.

what’s the limit though? Can you go from 5 to 10 face-wise, for example, if you run Wanted for many years? I’m talking about bone structure changes, not just fat/muscle
