PLEASE READ: Downloads Unavailable

We are currently experiencing a service outage where our eCommerce software is returning a “File Not Found” when customers try to download their files. Unfortunately, it looks like it’s being caused by the latest update of the eCommerce software, as other store owners are reporting the same issue. We’re working non-stop to get service restored. For the time being, we’ve disabled all new purchases on the main store. The Q Store / Customs isn’t affected, as those orders are processed manually by Q-Engineer. We’ll keep everyone updated.

If all else fails, we will restore a backup from last week and manually add any new orders since then. Thanks!

Service has currently been restored, but we may have to pull them again due to the nature of this issue. Apparently, the eCommerce software provider pushed out an update to ALL of their customers – even if they turned off automatic updates (like us). That update broke the download functionality, though Q-Programmer swept in and made a temporary fix until the software provider releases an official hotfix.

I’m not sure what caused the original problem with the software, but using subliminal terminology we can call it “overload”. So the software needs a day of “processing”. LOL

In other words, the software is reconciling and coming to terms with its new programming.
