We are currently experiencing a service outage where our eCommerce software is returning a “File Not Found” when customers try to download their files. Unfortunately, it looks like it’s being caused by the latest update of the eCommerce software, as other store owners are reporting the same issue. We’re working non-stop to get service restored. For the time being, we’ve disabled all new purchases on the main store. The Q Store / Customs isn’t affected, as those orders are processed manually by Q-Engineer. We’ll keep everyone updated.
If all else fails, we will restore a backup from last week and manually add any new orders since then. Thanks!
