The other day, I had a very traumatic and unexpected happening occur that completely took me off my game. As a result, many Q-orders went untouched and are currently late, customer service questions weren’t answered and I had to put the Qv2 upgrade process on hold. I know that most of you will be understanding to my predicament, but I still want to offer my sincerest apologies for this inconvenience. We try to hold ourselves to providing the highest level of service, and we failed at that. Personal issues should not affect the business operation, and we promise you that this won’t happen again.
I’m personally tending to all of the Q orders today. If you put in an express order and I missed the deadline, the express charge will be refunded. You won’t need to request it, I’ll refund it as soon as I get to your order. The upgrades will continue starting tonight.
