You may become Immortal. Highly unlikely though

I think it will work but the best way to start your subliminal journey over here is to start with following the instructions to the letter.

The current listening schedule is running your stack every other day. As in:

Monday: Paragon
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Paragon
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Paragon
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Paragon
Monday: Rest
Etc

This way, you have less likely chance of things not working out due to wrong listening patterns plus you give your mind chance to process the title too.

Start with 1 loop (2 loops seems fine too).

Also drink a good amount of water daily (2 litres), eat well (Paragon requires energy) and sleep well too.

All the best!

I almost started a topic the other day to ask a related question.

Paragon seems unique among the programs.

It’s an Ultima; so, technically, playing it at a 1-loop per day frequency should count as running a Booster.

At the same time, however, the focus of Paragon–promoting healthy physiological function–is so fundamentally important that even 1-loop per day feels major. Also, because of the clear physiological effects, it’s definitely not a program that you play and then just forget about.

But the guidelines are the guidelines. If you’re playing an Ultima track at 1 loop a day, then you’re running it as a booster, and the lighter nature of Ultimas means that an extended integration period (i.e., a rest day) may not be needed.

But I think I’d still go with @Lion’s suggestion. Paragon is not a major subliminal program, but physical healing is a major process, regardless of whether it’s catalyzed by an Ultima or a major. For that reason, I’d still give it a slow gradual start and then allow yourself to build up to the optimal play schedule (somewhere between 4 and 7 days per week).

@Malkuth - I thought Paragon could be played as a booster or major too but SaintSovereign had mentioned that it is a pretty heavy title and hence I don’t think it can be played as a booster (just as Sage Immortal Ultima can’t be played as a booster. And by that logic, I don’t suppose DR Ultima can be either).

So for a booster to be a booster, (according to me) it needs to:

  1. Be light
  2. Support the stack you are playing

These are my personal thoughts though. Experimenting is welcome but as you agree some level of experience following the rules is a good thing to do before experimenting.

You’re clearly right. :pray:t4: I didn’t have all of the information.

Not at all, bro. Merely sharing my thoughts and adding to what you said :+1:

I would suggest running it prior to bed and not in the morning because it can make you quite sleepy.
