Physicality Shifters - Ultimas vs. Major Customs

So, we know that, primarily, Ultimas are distinguished from Majors by their relatively narrower and more focused scope of effect.

This leads to faster manifestations, but also, possibly, to less comprehensive, or less system-wide, results.

At lower repetitions, this difference between Ultimas and Major Programs is most marked. As the Ultima loops increase, it can begin to function more and more similarly to a Major program. (Some people here hypothesize that even when an Ultima functions as a Major, it will still possibly be somewhat narrower in effect than an actual Major.).

So, here’s my question, how would this narrowness or focusedness of effect be expressed when it comes to Phsyicality Shifters?

I’m really not sure about this point.

After all, Paragon, which can have very powerful effects, is itself an Ultima and meant to be used as an Ultima.

And now we have the 24 modules of Project Hero. They can be used in both Ultima and Major Customs.

How would those two build formats impact the expression of the Project Hero Physicality Shifter module?

A physicality shifter is intrinsically relatively specific and focused in its intended effects.

Then again, the effects could go more deep or less deep. Could be shorter-term or longer-term.

I have sone other questions here, but I’ll start with these.
