Physical Shifting subs produce less Recon?

This is something I’m curious about. Can anyone with experience using physical shifting subs share whether they produce less recon than emotional/internal focused subs?

My guess (assumption) is that there would be more resistance to psychological or emotional shifts from healing subs than to prompts for physical changes.

But it’s just a theory. Please share your experience!

This seems like a personal thing, since recon is based on what exists in you to begin with. It is not universal. If you are averse to learning or have been bullied as a child in that respect, Limitless will be less of a smooth ride than for somebody than someone who has always seen themselves as gifted. I recall Saint saying that surprisingly, Sanguine isn’t easy to run for him because he seems to have come from a place where relaxation didn’t come naturally for him(if I recall correctly). So it always depends on what you already have. Seduction subs will be smooth for you if you are already a smooth operator.

I’ve been running Legacy of the Spartan, and I regret not having run it immediately a year ago, when I became aware of it. Even at 5m, it is a smooth experience for me, despite running it in parallel with Alchemist, a multi-stager. I have spent many years exercising though, and have a strong inner drive to do it with or without subs. So for me, changes are immediately apparent on LotS, exercise motivation is at an all-time high, and things just line up for me magically(always get info when I need it, get things for free etc.), with my subconscious clearly being open to changes in this area of my life.
Same for me with cognitive subs like Limitless. But seduction subs are the hardest for me to run, especially Khan and the Wanted Line. With just one long-term relationship, I just don’t have much experience in that area and the most limiting beliefs.

So, for me at least, it seems obvious that recon is directly proportional to how unexperienced you are in the targeted area of life, and how many limiting beliefs you have. If you are completely open to change(not burdened by limiting beliefs or just to a little extent), then you have “high flow factor”. If not, you have to put in the work to dissolve the beliefs, which requires leaving your comfort zone and facing uncomfortable truths about yourself.

I have used physical shifting since it became a thing (we had seductress and everyone wanted the “male version”)

So ever since wanted dropped with its physical shifting modules I have been on the shifting train

Also two years on QTKS customs with shifting and I can say shifting has deep recon

As long as you shift; there is a lingering challenge of micro soreness all over, a general overall soreness

Also, subclub shifting is deeply profound, meaning that it tackles things that usual mainstream doesn’t

Everyone has different results and I’m just assuming, I think you’d earn the same results, such as posture fixing, spine straightening, overall health in all organs

On top of that it leads you to ways you’d naturally earn cellular level physical shifting without subs, like tools and devices and actions to take; proper mewing if that’s your thing; proper sleeping, proper diet (and I mean what makes you feel good and what works to help you shift to your goal body, that’s proper diet)

So I digress slightly but it just further adds to my point that physical shifting may be subtle at times but in my long term experience it is far from subtle, it’s like recon from any other title

Recon wise- on LOTs
I noticed I am more sore and have to more conscious of my recovery
it’s like a workout in and itself.

I get great performance results -stronger, faster, more energetic, explosive

Healing and physical shifting I struggle with more.
I get recon in the form of feeling hopeless- things will never change etc wanting to give up or not ok with elements of my body/strength/shape/ wellness as they are.

I do gain muscle mass and strength easily and subs accelerate that, but leaning down, fully healing is harder.

Emperor Fitness helped a lot in the past, lately Beast helping a lot , LOTS is slow moving but slightly helping for me, APS arms worked great for shifting and healing, SPS Fat Loss not so much
