Physical shifting (or physical healing) and recon

In a Sub/Custom focused on physical shifting or physical healing, has anyone experience recon? And if so, what form(s) did it take?

Wonder if the new anti-recon module would be a good idea in a purely physical shifting or physical healing-based Custom… or if it tends not to be an issue with such Subs

Recon would probably be thinking that the shifting doesn’t work. Being impatient with it and forgetting all the results you had gotten along the way. It’s important to not dismiss even the little changes you notice and acknowledge them. They do stack up with time. I tell my friend every time I notice something. I think telling it to someone or journaling it makes you remember it more later on.

Another recon could be feeling ugly af hahahaha. Those days come too. Divine self image was a great module to add in for that.

I think it’s either experiencing overload because you do it with 3 core customs (even with microloops - Also note that you got to watch out how many physical shifting modules you add in 1 custom, can send a ticket to get an healthy answer).

Another form of recon is tiredness. (which might be related to module count as stated before or physical reasons like nutrition, sleep etc.)

Yep recon could be focusing on where the results are lacking instead of what you’re getting.

EG I’m currently running a LOTS custom, and altho my scale weight hasn’t changed much, my muscles have gotten bigger/stronger to the point my girl commented on it multiple times as well as a male friend of mine

This post actually had me realize I was focusing more on my belly fat / same weight rather than the bigger muscles

But funny enough this morning I had a big whoosh when I weighed myself, and I dropped 1.5 lbs since yesterday. Could be water weight, could be that I pooped before weighing, etc. doesn’t matter. Point is it works, and you gotta focus on what it’s doing vs not doing!

thanks everyone for the responses, much appreciated!

This answer reminded me of something I’ve been pondering actually in relation to my original question.
Namely, in a physical shifting custom, would a module like Deep Sleep, or a Core like Paragon Sleep, count as being something that drained energy (as per the physical shifting modules), or something that added it (better sleep = more energy for physical shifting)?

I’d think it would be the latter, but I’d be interested to hear views from others with more knowledge/experience here
