has anyone experienced this? what healed?
People who repress their emotions also suppress their body’s immunity, making them more vulnerable to a variety of illnesses, they says that repressed anger or other negative emotions may be tied to depression, high blood pressure, etc.
I experienced heart pain and other body aches while listening to DR. I had a pain on my left leg due to a motorcycle accident, after those gruesome sessions with DR and before I have LotS I can walk and run without the pain, I have had a history of peptic ulcer and ulcerative colitis, but that was before I join SubClub, my old endoscopy and urine-stool report(this one is recent) is clean. I no longer have my rage.
