Perpetually tired?

Are you referring to not having an outlet for your anger and anxiety and just bottlung it up ?.

@Niles

The thing about fatigue, it could be a dozen things.

For me, liquid iron helped. I would never have guessed that.

You might be correct but i hesistate to suggest this without him taking a blood test to see if he does have iron defiency.

I’m taking a blood test today. Let’s see what it says.

It’s winter time, certain parts of the world gets darker and much colder. That does also affect fatigue and mood. You generally need more sleep during winter.

Good man. I would also suggest getting the results checked not just by a doctor but by an endocrinologist. In my experience, many doctors can have a rather narrow focus at times and may not provide a thorough review of the results.

I know you mean well however I am very hesistant when it comes to telling someone “take this take that it coz it worked for me”. Its very dangerous and another thing is it coiuld be a waste of money.

I can vouch for CoQ10 as well. Helps to do it with piperine/black pepper and Vitamin E too, if there’s no medical contraindications.

Other than that, niacin is one of the things that have helped me. The flushing variety, not the buffered kind which is useless and dangerous. Anything to help oxygenation and proper mitochondrial function.

I think it’s pretty well understood that none of us here have admitted to being medical professionals and we’re just giving our opinions based on past experiences. Niles can do whatever research suits them, and consult with their doctor after the blood tests are in. No harm here.

Appreciate all of the responses here guys. I’m thinking it was mostly due to overexposure and sub hopping, as lowering my listening time and a washout has seemed to resolve the fatigue issues. :+1:
