Permanent Results

If you are plagued with negative thoughts you will love st1, it reinforces your beliefs and bad habits.

The analogy to describe is… Fighting fire with fire (ST1 is gasoline). When you run out of fuel there is no fire.

About 2 weeks of false optimism, redirection of negative energy onto others, absorbing and reflecting back etc.

I am generally unemotional and my mood doesnt change much though, and it was nice to feel positive about all this pent up energy.

I am not sure what archetype I classify as, I am not a nice guy and foundation wise I probably fit as the “Anti-hero” in all those (good) films, although a pathetic version lol.

Some advice, first few loops can be difficult I guess. What I did before I changed my schedule was 1 hour silent meditation with loop about 2-3 times, 1 per day.
