Do you still do a 5day or longer washout after a cycle?
I haven’t really been feeling the need for it, i usually go by intuition and take 2 or sometimes 3 rest days between playing subs.
Yeah, sometimes. I did one month washouts, but it depended on the next sub I was listening to. For Khan, I did a one month washout before starting again.
I still stick to the 5-day washouts, though mine usually stretch to 7–10 days. I typically start my stack on the first of the month, run it for about 3 weeks (21 days), and then take the rest of the month off. Sometimes, I go for a full 30-day break, especially if I’ve been running a heavy stack for a while and my brain feels fatigued. That reset makes a difference.
