Partially Completing Subs? (Not finishing tape in one sitting)

Hi Guys,

I’ve been starting with Ascended Mogul and I’m on my third week. I’m supposed to be ramping up to listening to it approximately 4x a day, but I’m still only listening once a day.

My concern is that I shouldn’t be listening to the tape unless I’m going to complete it from beginning to end without any interruptions.

Is that a justified fear, or is it OK if I listen to a tape in 20 or 30 minute chunks? My work requires me to be on a lot of calls throughout the day so I don’t always have clear one hour chunks to work in.

Obviously, one hour chunks are the best, and I always start my day workdays completing a tape from beginning to end.

Pause and play works just fine. You also have the option to play it without interruptions while you sleep. But if running your stack during the night isn’t for you, you could still do the mentioned “pause to get things done and resume the track later”

Do you have the option of playing the ultrasonic track while you’re on your calls?

That’s what I did this week and it seemed to work fine using my bluetooth speaker. Seems like you can get to your higher loop count without having to stop the track while on a call this way.

@summit makes a good point. Playing the ultrasonic track in the background is a good option. At work I’ll have my playlist going while I get all my work and training done in the morning. Of course I let the guys know I’m playing them. So far no one has had any issues with it (I still get a lot of comments about subliminals being just a placebo, but I just brush those aside) and it’s a way for me to get all my loops in while doing my job.

Also, like @Lion said I do the pause and play method as well. The only time I don’t do pause and play is if I’m listening to an Ultima track. I read somewhere that those are supposed to be listened to fully to get the immediate benefits.

How did you conclude this?

Once a day with Qv2 should get results.
