What do you mean “legit agents?”

Your ticket was transferred to me because you wrote a massive, two page novel as a support ticket and I chose to ignore it for now. We do not have time for that – we are not therapists, and support is not there to give life advice. The forum is a better place for things like that. Within the next week, we’re going to be installing a character limit on the ticket form because of this.

Stop dissing our support staff. I was the one that set the 3-5 day response time, that’s why they take that long.

Legit agents can be anyone who has enough knowledge to not pass the ticket to “BUSY YOU”

I don’t mind criticizing you or your agents. Especially when you are spreading misinformation about my ticket details.
It has been nearly 3 weeks since my ticket is not answered. My ticket is NOT two page. It does NOT ask life advice.

And this thread has obviously nothing to do with my ticket.
I don’t have a problem DEMANDING the information which I deserve to know about my custom and about every major title. And it is NOT “trade secret”.

You have been ignoring the ticket for 3 weeks, is not a 2 page ticket worth answering in 3 support tickets?

So I decided to do this and I decided to that, I sent you this suggestion 2 days ago in your dm and you ignored it like answering in forum literally takes less time😏, or even maybe you are afraid of being judged by other members. So sharing things public is not in vain.

We’ve had so many complaints about you. In fact, you get more complaints than anyone else on this forum, and I tried to be understanding about it, but it seems that you and a few other people have mistaken my compassion and desire to see you grow with weakness. That stops today. Keep pushing, and you’ll be gone from here for good.

We have lost good, legitimate customers because we couldn’t tend to their needs since we’re dealing with the nonsense of a few bad apples. That’s not going to happen again.

I am not your punching bag. You (and anyone else who tries this) better find someone else to mess with.
