Looking for positive during negative, coolness during pressure. It probably has all the negative energy stuff.
I think that there is some social elements within it, like total nonchalance, if that might be an issue.
EDIT
Also, dont forget st1 of other multi stage, they all have healing as well.
And look into mental fortitude (warrior mindset)
you can, but the less loops of different things needed the better IMO
