Yes exactly. I feel like a didn’t sleep for a week lol. Absolutely groggy.
I agree. I’m feeling the same way with Khan right now. Pretty friggin tired. Unfortunately, I can’t sleep in.
Drink plenty of water. Get plenty of rest. And exercise seems to help with recon. Although if you’re exhausted, exercising could make it worse.
Take care!
I felt the same when I was running Khan ST4 and Wanted, but I was running 5-6 loops each day. That was my bad.
Maybe you just need to move to ST2 man, it’s been a while since you’re on ST1.
Yes I see this a lot and the reason imo is this: Khan is very sexual (as it says on the copy, right?).
While it has a ton of Empire scripting (I mean Emperor LITE is in it?) the main focus is on the sexual dominance.
For me, who already ran a business when I started Khan I noticed the following:
- More focus on sex and GETTING THE OBEDIENCE OF OTHERS FROM THAT
- Less on the Empire, but still enough to set the foundation for a massive Empire in the future
This means, for most Khans running it, they probably dive headfirst into sex and getting laid because this was missing in the first place and because the pull is so strong. When you already have your sex life set up somewhat, the Empire scripting in Khan works just fine imo.
The issue is that most guys on here seem to get sidetracked by the sexual part and don’t take enough action towards the Empire (which imo was also the result of that survey run).
Also still interesting to see someone running ST1 for so long. I only did a month, but I plan to run it every now and then in the future like @Hermit mentioned.
Well said!
@Yazooneh also mentioned that Khan deals with personal development and getting laid thereafter wealth and finances.
The reason why I’m going so long on stage 1 is that I’m not sure what shit I have in me. Khan is definitely far from my reality therefore I need to really remove and restructure my beliefs and reality.
In the past i’d made a post asking why Khan people are after dominance and sex instead of empire building since the sales pages makes that claim too…
Alex made a point above that gave me a light bulb…
Maslov’s Hierarchy Of Needs
Love, Respect, Companionship, etc is a more basic and primal human need than Self-Actualisation (Wealth and Empire building things…)
And this social aspect is missing in most people’s lives… No steady source of sex, and need for social power that they never had etc…
Like I recall reading @Billions’ journal… AM took his straight to money… he has a steady gf, he said his life/mindset was pretty well sorted out in the first place…
Nailed it bro
If you don’t feel respected in society then building an empire isn’t for you, never tried other products but it seems emperor takes you straight to the empire whereas khan makes sure you’re super fucking alpha first
Absolutely!
This only recently occured to me while I observed myself being more interested in sex but not to an extent where most people on Khan claim.
Then it clicked. My sex-life was/is already good, so it really just improved in technique and deepness (pun intended), and the main focus stayed on the Empire.
Imo there are three choices for a man on Khan who doesn’t get his empire up.
1.) Dive deep into semen retention and the power within it, try it and see what it does to focus on the Empire
2.) Accept the deeper need, focus on sex / women first and then focus on the Empire
3.) Run Emperor or EoG instead
Also what Yazooneh said:
I like this take. Khan builds the groundwork (hence why ST1 is so tough and reshapes everything) whereas if you run just a wealth sub you build on the current self.
yeah… i do see a loophole though…
the billionaire tech nerds of the 90s and early 2000s… they were textbook nerds yet they came up with billion dollar empires… i don’t understand the mechanics behind those feats
This tries to make you an alpha empire builder with a great emphasis on being a sex symbol, until you feel that way it’ll build that, once you’re good to go there the ideas of wanting to make money and do bigger things hits
Those dudes didn’t care alpha beta they just were geniuses
Khan was far easier for me to run than Emperor. I think it;s because I’m much more comfortable with being sexual and dominant than building an empire. Yeah, it far easier to be sexual and dominant than put hard work into building outside of your comfort zone.
I don’t like these labels anyway but this was discussed at length in the other thread
On Khan I didn’t want anything but just to be. I didn’t want women although the attraction was really powerful (maybe because I was in a relationship), I didn’t care about money (I had a stable and well paying job), I didn’t even think about building an Empire. I felt like a fucking mountain, Super Zen, and I just watched the reality flowing around me. I felt like one of the Old Gods (GoT):
From reading this, it’s clear that action is not negotiable. Start small but never stop and keep building. Want to be alpha on Khan? Search alpha traits and integrate them in you… want to be more productive? Search and read up on productivity and incorporate them in your day.
After time of nonstop action it becomes habit.
Asc.Mog definitely is helping my ESTEEM more than anything else, especially around money.
“I can’t sell because I’m too young.” ----> “People love how young and ambitious I am” (I’m 25)
“I’m always going to be poor” ----> “Maybe I really could make a billion dollars one day” (My username was actually a scornful joke, indicating making a billion was impossible… now, I can at least contemplate it without laughing.)
“I’m probably going to fail” ----> “I’m probably going to succeed.”
“I can’t afford this coaching program” —> “I don’t need to be afraid of losing money because I’m making money.” (I was earning the same income before and after the belief, but wasn’t ready to fork out a large amount of cash to invest in my business until I did some subliminal-assisted mindset work.)
Stuff like that.
The main way I sorted out my emotional body before finding subliminals was through meditation. I lived at the Goenka Dhamma/Vipassana Center for 3 months straight, followed by another 5 months of travelling Asia and visiting meditation centers there. That was a mental bootcamp unlike anything even Dragon Reborn could compare to.
I’m only coming back into meditation now, and using a book called “The Mind Illuminated” by John Yates to guide me. I highly recommend following the program for anybody who wants to remove emotional trauma or increase their overall capacity for life. It’s popular among Vipassana-meditators, and the online community for the book is strong, full of success stories, and supportive.
@Prome I would say that Mark Zuckerberg and guys like that were just tech-savvy. They saw a need, or even just made a bunch of fun projects till one stuck, and then it started growing at the right time. They were innovators more of Stark style than Emperor/Khan style.
Zuckerberg, for example, surrounded himself with Business advisors and mentors once his “empire” took off. I really do believe that he wasn’t the business genius that created the empire, he was just the technical prodigy that invented it and therefore got the majority of the profits. He hired CEO’s, Executives, and mentors from MANY other fields to help him as soon as he saw any potential.
“Zucked” is a great book, in case you’re interested in the early days of social media giants, specifically Facebook.
The main mistake people make choosing their sub is they do so by taking into account the title of the product and its goals only without taking into account its key archetype and the mechanic of acquiring it. For Khan it’s becoming your ideal “alpha” man (your individual image of perfect “alpha” man) and connecting deeply with your masculine core through social and sexual dominance. Building an empire and getting rich seems to be something optional you can build upon your core and masculine archetype.
Emperor’s archetype is becoming a god among men and ruling your own empire acquired through relentless drive towards building your wealth and power and towards transcending every limitation on your way to the glory.
To me connecting with your very core, growing towards your ideal you and attracting women (Khan) seems to be way easier than transcending every limitations on the way of building your own empire (wealth and power) and becoming a god on earth through hard work and taking lots of action out of your comfort zone (Emperor). C’mon guys, inner work and getting women is way easier than becoming an empire ruler.
To sum it up, Emperor’s archetype and the way of realizing it is much more challenging than becoming a sexual beast (Khan) since deep inside each of us is that beast already it’s only about unleashing it.

its not about the women physically
I’ve seen a lot of things open up in front of my eyes during my Khan journey and one of those things is that being wanted by women on a primal level is one of the most important indicators of status, I am starting to also understand how utterly dangerous it is to navigate this world with money and status without proper game.
Game isnt how to “get women” as you say, it’s about avoiding the bullshit that comes from the women, god forbid you get money and status and suddenly find yourself being flocked to by lots of women, without the proper mindset to not get bamboozled, have their goalpost totally shift.
Khan isnt about getting women, it’s about having a strong frame of mind, the women comes after and honestly I am jumping on less women than i did a year ago when I was utterly unattractive
[Moderator Edit: Language]
I used to fall very deeply in love with girls and basically shit on my progress as I grew, taking it back to square one because I just didnt have women in my life.
Now I have a lineup of women in my life that know how I operate, appreciate me on every level, and I don’t do any extra shit to try and impress them or build a life with them, or qualify myself
this shift for your eyes might be “easy” but it’s one that saved my life
The sales page:
Khan is an extremely sexual and social dominance focused subliminal.
but as I said above, it’s also about connecting with your masculine core and fulfilling the image of your ideal man “alpha”. Also, social dominance is its focus. Getting women is not a byproduct or just one of the consequences of using Khan it’s one of its core goals.
The archetype in here is social and sexual alpha. It seems that generating wealth and building an empire is only a powerful mean of acquiring it and not one of its core goals. We all know, you don’t have to be rich or have an empire to get laid like a crazy or to dominate people socially (psychologically in social context not within social hierarchy based on social status).
