Also consider this, it has worked for many people trying to quit PMO:
Always keep in mind that the more practical religions did not ask you to deny/suppress your sexuality(in this regard, I consider the abrahamic religions to be quite useless since they have no proper explanation for celibacy and why/how it is done without harming yourself or developing aberrant tendencies like pedophilia), but they did recommend channeling it for a higher purpose under the guidance of a competent teacher(who were as difficult to find back then as they are now).
Pre-modern people were not bombarded with porn everywhere they went and they had a different context. There are ways to store sexual energy and refine it but it absolutely does not happen through nofap or any attempt to suppress your sexuality. Nofap will give you a temporary “boost” because most people in their target audience are so drained that they are well below the “baseline” of a healthy male. But it quickly “flattens” and people get blue balls and if they haphazardly engage in various pranayamas and visualisations borrowed from various traditions, they almost inevitably develop different forms of sickness which range from minor things such as nausea to full blown psychosis. I’m speaking from practical experience here- I had to vomit many times as a result of poorly learned energy practices back when I started out and I’ve met people that became psychotic because of a combination of drugs and similarly ill-applied practices- it is not a pleasant sight to see and believe me, conventional doctors have no means of curing your problems- once you have it you are pretty much on your own, so don’t do this to yourself. This is one of the reasons why these traditions warn you not to practice these things unless it is truly your call in life and you have the fortune of meeting the right teacher at the right time.
The general rule is that in 99 out of 100 cases, you are probably better off trying to live a good, normal life in society and not touch esoteric practices unless you really know what you’re doing. There are also many teachers out there(just like in ancient times) that are outright frauds or basically criminal- because they also only have a vague idea of the subtler aspects of human life and thus only teach some method they learned somewhere and when you inevitably develop a complex problem they are at a loss(but they’ll be about receiving your donations/fees), and will blame you for their own incompetence.
Since you’ve referred to karma, let me put it like this: It is no coincidence that you have these sexual fantasies and drive- they’re a type of focused thought that started somewhere in you and that have since then become so charged through repetition that they dominate your consciousness. This gives them so much power that they are stronger than your new intellectual thoughts- they essentially have a life seemingly independent of you. This is why nofap can’t work for many people- some weak decision you made somewhere remains on a basically intellectual level and is contending with a powerful intent that formed in you a long time ago, perhaps predating your current life.
So you most likely have to fulfill that intent(in that sense, it conforms to the older definition of karma as as the logical result of a thought action once taken and commited to) or form a different intent that you’ll be so focused on that it’ll eventually overpower the older intent. The second scenario is rather unlikely.
That’s why I suggest sticking to Khan Black for quite some time. Practice some basic practices that you can’t really mess up, like trying to be as mentally silent as possible, or at least making space for a practice like that everyday until it becomes an ingrained habit. And most likely you’ll have to fulfull that old intent of yours through finding a healthy outlet for your sexuality- which means finding a good partner that understands your needs and enjoys being with you. This could profoundly heal your sexuality, and obviously Khan Black and alpha subs like Emperor/Khan and the seduction related subs will help with that a lot. There are some people that have an incredible sex drive up until a certain age- at which point they find it effortless to finally do the things they once took an interest in like sexual transmutation or practicing an artistic skill(which can also be fed by sexual energy). With these people something had to be fulfilled first before they could “move on”.
But one thing that has become clear to me after all these years of struggle with porn-induced thoughts is that certain lessons cannot be skipped. You have to address them in a healthy fashion- I now treat my sexual thoughts as a strong indicator/marker that hints at what I need to commit to in order to feel fulfilled so that I can eventually move on to do other things, which is why I stick to the Khans.
