Ouroboros - Infinite Intelligence

I’m starting to enjoy the concept of buckets for journals.

This’ll be about LE & QL, and Limitless if I ever decide to run it. But more importantly, this journal is about the general topic of intelligence itself - no matter the sub I’m running

I have my profession/wealth journal, “Adventures Of Ouroboros, where I document wealth related goals.

I have “Reborn As Musashi” where I journal on personal values, my personal life, my inner world, emotions, and purpose… even though I’m not running HERO, I’m diving down the path HERO sent me on

And this is my intelligence journal where I journal on all things related to cognition.

The path that HERO sent me down is simple

  1. use QL and LE to massively increase intelligence, discipline, and perception. Have a competitive spirit and a meditative mind. Also excited for the dopaminergic revival module.

  2. use Nouveau Rich to find and craft my purpose relating to wealth, what will my path be, what is my “One Thing” relating to wealth. What is my “craft” that mastering will make me millions. (And I mean beyond sales… How can I make 1+1 = 3)

  3. use discipline, conscious action, paragon (already done) and possibly EMPFIT ST1 to discipline my body and health to master health and fully commit to more healthy living, more solitude, more meditation, more Breathwork, more long walks… master these infinitely HIGH ROI tasks the same way I master my mind through study, practice, and clarity of what to study and practice deeply

How I’m measuring intelligence

  1. how long it takes me to solve a set of 253 “easy” (NOT EASY) chess puzzles (the same set every time… goal is to increase speed each time)

  2. how many new “intermediate” (HARD) puzzles I can solve per 30-60 minute chunk

  3. if it becomes possible for me to solve “hard” (grandmaster level) chess puzzles… all 3 of these from the woodpecker method

  4. intuition… do I just have a sense that I’m feeling “smarter?”

  5. habits… is it easy for me to keep habits?

  6. energy throughout the day… do I feel like I get fatigued after a day’s work and need to “relax?”

  7. impulsiveness… do I focus more at work… do I use my phone less around my gf… do I use my phone less throughout the day?

  8. mental organization… do I spend less time thinking “what should I do next?”

  9. house organization, is cleaning easier?

  10. listening, is it easier?

  11. healing of post concussion / vestibular balance disorder… I’m going to the doctor for this and it’ll heal on it’s own anyways once I get treatment, but can QL speed up this process? Can QL make it easier than the doctor expects for me to be healed?

  12. do I start to enjoy reading again more?

  13. do “hard tasks” and especially NEW tasks (things I’ve never done before) seem easier? Do I have less resistance to learning new things

  14. socially, any effects due to cognition?

What stage of QL are you running?

Not running QL at all - currently running LE

Will run QL in two weeks or sooner as that’s when concussion treatment starts.

This journal is currently a storage place for baseline measurements so I have a before/after to compare QL results with

Did 45 minutes of chess puzzles out of “The Woodpecker Method”

Got 25 done, 21 right. Felt drained near the end… work got sloppy.

That’s just “baseline” I’ll try and do a few more puzzle sessions before QL and then compare energy consistency + processing power

Because of new rich, I’ve completely lost interest in chess.

Because I have “real purpose” now, I don’t feel the need to fill a void with some sort of “progress” I get from chess.

If I have downtime, I can use it to let my mind wander and create innovative ideas in my head that can be turned into articles. Rest time became a lot more productive and easy to enjoy.

So I won’t be using Chess to measure the intelligence anymore.

I have an intelligence test (not IQ) that I could use before/after my rounds of QL and concussion treatment to see any changes

Or just observing consistency, reduction in any sort of mood swings, a better routine, and easier mental organization in all capacities

I considered starting with Executive instead of QL as on the surface, that’s what my goals are… but looking deeper into why I struggle with Executive Function, it seems like QL addresses the root cause (and is of course perfectly timed for this treatment im getting)

There’s a brain training that test your focus, memory, reaction time, etc that I used back in the QL days to quantify the amount of improvements I got from it worked pretty well. I did it before and after using QL.

WHOOP stress monitor feature is actually great for QL since it tells you when your energized and when your focused. If most of the time, your in a relax or sleepy stage (The “Low” metric) then there’s an issue excluding if your sleeping or actually relax but if your focused you want to be in the “Medium” metric which is when your alert and focused according to WHOOP so QL should help quantify that metric. Haven’t tried it but might be worth a try for you.

Agree QL is an amazing sub to get deep into the cognitive issues. You don’t have to run it forever one full cycle of it is more then enough and you’d get permanent results. At least, I did.

That’s the plan, just rip through one cycle of each stage. Maybe 2 cycles of QLST4 if I’m really loving it but that’s a future Ouroboros problem to solve

Still procrastinating QL with good reason

The new season of subclub is right around the corner, with many more subs being upgraded to ZPV2 max and the addition of “new romance experience” suggesting that other subs will get NWE & NRE Upgrades as well

So I’m predicting a new intelligence sub or an upgraded intelligence sub in a few months… not a good time to start a very long multi stage

so I’m going to run revelations of dreams

I’m already running paragon sleep, so I’m going to swap PZZ out for ROD.

ROD has the entire paragon sleep script, which will improve my sleep, which will improve my intellgencw, learning, energy, recall, and overall performance and happiness in life.

ROD has elements of ROM in it too to enhance the mind directly, create a photographic memory, improve focus and concentration, and to help understand conscious and subconscious realities. So there’s an “intelligence boosting” effect.

And ROD of course has the revelation effect which is some of the most profound scripting available on subclub rn.

It’ll be on this journal mostly, i’ve split my journal into three separate journals.

1 specifically for intelligence, this one. 1 specifically for wealth, True Sell Black & Adventures of Ouroboros, and one specifically for personal development, Reborn As Musashi

The idea is that i don’t need to switch journals every time I switch subs. Maybe I’ll go rename them now to Ouroboros Wealth Results, Ouroboros Intelligence Results, and Ouroboros Growth & Character Results
