Organizing your customs

Hey guys curious as to how you guys organize your customs. From renaming them and keeping track of what custom is what.

I ordered my first custom and it just showed my name, to which I renamed to Celestial Eternity.

Any other tips is appreciated from those who have multiple customs

No fancy names for me. I just rename it with the cores and the number.

I use an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of ordered customs as well as an offline version ofcustom modules with their descriptions.

There is also Trello which is mainly for project management. Trello can be used for custom drafts. I use that for custom planning and moving modules around.

Nice I’ll take a look

I use my notes on my phone. I name a title, underneath it are the cores to make it easy for me to see at a glance.

Then the list of the modules it contains.

i.e.

Order number,
date,
build type etc

If I updated a custom, I note it as well.

I use an app on my phone called Jotterpad to create text files for each custom.

The modules are listed in along with the order number when I get the custom. For example, this is the order number, build type, and module list for a custom called Revelation of Heart:

I get creative with naming. Names of famous personalities (for example, Shakespeare for a writing custom), a combo of Core names and something to do with the custom (for example Revelation of Heart for a custom with Love Bomb for Humanity + Love Bomb Cores), archetypes (for example, Warrior), etc.

I change the file names to match the custom names (with a simple file editor on my phone) and also keep the order number on the file for future reference).

I upload the Jotterpad text files and the custom Mp3 files to Google Drive. Always take backups.

Okay.

It starts from conceptualization.

I envision the functionality of my custom first. How does it fit into my big picture vision. I walk around with the modules for a while, choosing which ones I want to include. The goal is to make it as cohesive, coherent, and as tightly focused as I can.

During that phase is where the name usually comes. I almost always name them.

The two first customs I made were named PATHS (of Wealth) and IMBUE. A wealth-related custom and a health and fitness custom. The act of creating and naming personalizees the custom and connects me to its purpose and it to my purpose.

Okay.

Then, I license any modules that I have not yet licensed, and then I order the actual custom. At some point in the next week I get the e-mail notification that it’s ready to download.

I download the original file to my D drive in a folder created for holding my customs. I then copy the original file and paste it into a Dropbox folder that I call ‘Subliminals’. That copy gets renamed with my chosen name, but I still leave the order number in the file name usually. Just to prevent any accidental mix-ups.

So, now I have two copies: one in my general D drive, and one in the Dropbox folder.

Next, on my iPhone I import the Dropbox file into the app called AudioShare. That’s what I’ll use to play it. I first started using AudioShare because it has the ability to background play music on your phone. It is independent of your music app or any other app. That meant that I could play the sub while also watching YouTube or listening to music or using any other app. I found that useful in the past. And so I still use AudioShare now.

I create my stack playlists in AudioShare. And then I’m pretty much ready to go.

may I know what modules the custom contains?

I have a folder for each custom with names of cores like Paragon + Los and inside this folder text file with all modules including cores. And of course files of sub alongside that without any renaming action.

I have an iCloud folder where I keep all latest versions of my Subliminals.

The ones that are part of my current stack, I import to VLC Player app on my iPhone. Customs get a custom name (like my main subliminal for years, FNVS, now in its 4th iteration and Pax Animi) and a custom cover (FNVS via Photoshop, Pax Animi AI generated).
