Ordered a custom but just saw the limited offer

I just ordered a custom about 3 days ago but just saw the limited offer where you can add one module for free. I added one module. Is there a way that I can contact the subliminal creators so that iam able to add that extra module? For some reason I can’t create a support ticket. Thank in advance

I suspect you’re referring to the thing of temporarily being able to add a module to a name-embedded major title. Which won’t apply if you built a “regular” custom. They’re different.

I’m not sure what the difference is, sorry I’m new. Basically I used 10 modules and also added my name to it.

There are two options.
a) a regular custom
You pay for 15$ for each module and 99$ for the build. So 250$ in total

b) a name Embedded major
Simply a major title embedded with your name plus one module of your choice.
Costs 99$
