Good Morning everyone,

I am just following up on my order with Order #2023768.
I opened up a ticket #9265

Just want to make sure everything is good? I have not heard back regarding the ticket in about 2 days now. I also want to clarify that I have decided to proceed with my original order details without any other requested changes.

I want to know if my order is still on hold or it is being built currently.

Anyways, let me know. Looking forward to using the sub once it arrives. I know you guys are busy.

Hey,

Just so you’re aware, the ticket can be answered within 3-5 business days. Sometimes they get delayed as the support system is super busy, but they will get to you I’m sure.

Also, if you have not gotten a notice that it’s on hold, then it’s probably still being built, since the process seems to be largely automated.

Was this the 4 stages of QL custom you were building?

I thought that might get flagged because ZP customs usually have a 10-module minimum. But we’ll see.

I changed my mind lol. Might as well try it and see what happens. Also, having just 1 file is even more simpler and I would err on the side of simplicity. The goal is to be consistent with it.

I might go for more modules in the future. But for now, I’m only just focused on learning. I hope QL will be a good supplement. Looking forward to using it and giving feedback.

Yep, 3-5 business days, which means if you order on a Friday (for example), you can expect to hear from SC by next Friday. Frustrating, but that’s how most businesses roll.

lol, I know you’re excited, but you placed your order 3 days ago on the 22nd. As stated on the website, customs take 3-5 business days for completion. Today and tomorrow aren’t business days, but it’s possible your custom will be delivered anyway. If not, expect it by Tuesday. Generally speaking, we can’t make changes to orders once they’re in the queue (which yours is), so you’ll be getting the original build.
