Optimal mood for playing subs

Healthy reminder: You gotta understand the rule before you break it.

Some of us here use more than two a day, listen every day instead of every other day, taking little to no washout at the end of the cycle.

But there’s one thing in common, we already understood how we react to the base recommendation and adjust after that to fit our goals best. These are for advanced users who understand how they react best to subs. I’d highly recommend you build a solid understanding first using the normal schedule, then reiterate after.

Some opt for more exposure, but some also use less than the recommendation.
That’s something you’ll naturally understand better the more you use subs.

If you think that you get your best results from 15m, then go for 15m, rofl.
Keep a journal of how it goes. Iterate from there.
The only way to know your sweet spot is by experimenting.

Also it’s important to understand that long-term users already cleared a lot of trauma, worked on their processing etc.
It’s like in these racing games. With a fully pimped car, you can do stunts that would lead to an immediate crash if you’d try it with a beginners car.

Of course they do, since recon not only diminishes—or even nullifies—the most immediate results but also hinders the most important element of the whole transformation: taking action. Staying away from it is a valid approach.

There’s nothing to be excited about. I could go far beyond that, but there’s no point in doing so. I’ve tested insane listening patterns only to find that there’s no essential difference between staying in your sweet spot and pushing yourself to the limits in terms of getting the most immediate results. Of course, the main difference is that you can get hit by recon really hard if you toy around with higher exposure times. On the other hand, some people have experienced recon even with 30-second loops.

I would recommend focusing on optimizing the actions you take daily rather than trying to find the perfect exposure formula. Besides, there isn’t one, since our minds are not static entities. Hence, following the recommended pattern is reasonable, as it was set by experts, even though everyone has different capacities.
