For people who are kind of hyper sensitive to subs (Get big results right away but get hit with recon right away and a big one too). Would one loop a week be enough if you have two titles?
For example, right now I’m doing two loops a week and I’ve had some of the most amazing results ever however the recon is quite bad and is impacting my quality of life (Big hunger spikes for fast food, headaches, laziness, usual recon sides). Would one loop a week fix this issue?
