As you know, Subliminal Club offers an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. We 100% stand by that guarantee, as we want all our customers to be happy with their purchase. Unfortunately, since we’ve started offering the stack modules, we’ve had an influx of customers asking if they can “swap” subliminals, and once we deny the request (since we don’t do exchanges), they’ll request a refund and purchase the subliminal they wanted to swap to. Honestly, this is akin to walking into a burger joint, ordering a meal, eating the entire meal and then saying, “I want a refund because I REALLY wanted a taco.”

Let’s be real here – you can’t exchange a digital item. Most people aren’t going to delete the original file, so you’re essentially getting two products for the price of one. The unconditional money back guarantee was instituted because some subliminals just don’t work for some people – and if ours didn’t work for you, you could go try out a competitor’s products.

So, we’re adjusting the policy a bit. You’re still going to get the 30-day unconditional money back guarantee – that’s NEVER going away – but we reserve the right to put a hold on new purchases for up to 30 days after a refund. We’re not just going to apply this to every refund request. If you’ve been a good customer and supported Subliminal Club, we’ll take that into strong consideration.

This notice isn’t directed at any one person, nor is it written out of anger or agitation. Sometimes change is necessary for growth.

Everyone, we’re going to start cracking down on fraudulent refunds a bit more. We’re starting to get an influx of people buying titles and refunding 2-3 days later because of dubious claims. We have a generous refund policy to help those who didn’t receive results but gave subliminal use an honest chance. Now we’re getting people who are refunding because “they didn’t like the way the masked track sounded,” even though they’ve bought other titles. Or, they’re mad because we didn’t include masked versions of experimentals, etc.

Those people received permanent blacklisting. When you refund, the payment processor does NOT return the processing fee, so we’re actually losing cash. That being said, we’re going to increase the usage of the blacklist, especially with Q on the horizon. If you have questions about a product, please ask before purchase before buying then immediately requesting a refund. If a product isn’t working and it’s still within the refund period, contact us for tips and if that doesn’t work, request a refund. We promise – if you’re legitimately trying to get results, we’ll never just blacklist you. But, if we suspect that you’re trying to abuse our refund policy and get products for free, you’re gone.

Please note that bypassing the blocklist is grounds for denial of future refunds.

First of all, there is an obligation to refund a digital item?
I believe he should be mandatory to go through a subliminal called "how to act as a mature human being"as a prerequisite to buy any item on Subliminal Club. Perhaps, you should made a short subliminal with this suggestion available free.
Everyone could you read the product description as well as consult the previous users experience. If after that, that is completely up to the responsibility of the buyer.
