It’s important to make a very important distinction here, as the rare suspended individuals like to make false claims.
if one is suspended on the forum, they do not lose access to their purchases, shop or support. If you are suspended, you are not entitled to a refund for ALL your titles. YOU ARE ELIGIBLE, however, for a refund on those purchased titles if they still fall within the 30 day refund window.
In other words, anything beyond 30 days (i.e beyond the refund policy), is not eligible for a refund just because you got suspended on the forum.
Access to the forum and purchases are not exclusive.
It is very rare for us to completely close an individual’s account. We may use our merchant tools to stop your future purchases if you are on our sales blacklist, but you may still login download the free updates. If you are on the sales blacklist, we will refuse your refund requests.
However, if you are an extremely abusive individual, are doing illegal things such as stalking, harassing, doxxing, etc., then we have the right under U.S. law to suspend you completely from all platforms, which includes support, purchases (both main and Q), forum and any refunds you request. This means you won’t be able to get any future updates and you cannot access any purchases you made.
We’ve only had to do the complete removal of a user’s access 2-3 times at this point, after half a decade in business.
