I’ve noticed the support hasnt answered yet and it’s been a week since I wrote a mail that I want to purchase DREAMs and an Anti-Stress-Sub.
So, if you guys have a lot of people like me who pay with paypal and are busy, I totally understand.

I have had the same problem in the past. It would be nice if they implemented some kind of generic reply to say your enquiry has been received. It will be looked at shortly.

You’re not bothering us, I’m taking a look at your email now. The issue stems from the fact that we get hit everyday with a bunch of noise, crazy requests, etc. all while trying to build new titles. We’ll most likely hire a customer support / forum moderator soon.
