Not receiving Custom, no replies to Tickets?

Hi,

It’s been more than 2 weeks now. I ordered my custom for ZP rebuild Order #2026711 on 25th December. Kept waiting and now it is on Hold for some reason and I was asked to contact support. Submitted 2 tickets within a week, no response to that as well.

Can I get a response, where is it stuck if some issue is there let me know. @SaintSovereign @Fire @Malkuth

@Lion can you help me around, what’s wrong?

They had a new year hiatus from Christmas till 3rd of january.


there must be some other issue if it’s on Hold.

Have you bought all your modules in the custom?
It can be that you forgot to buy some module and now they put it on hold.

it is just a custom’s ZP Rebuild of my old custom which was in Qv2. Do I again have to purchase all the modules for this?

Could be the answer to the Solace Mask question if that was accidentally answered incorrectly.

Yes that is strange. If this was your first time ordering from sublub, I would’ve asked you what country you’re at. Because if you’re from certain countries the payment process takes extra days, because they actually put a hold on the payment for days. But if that’s never happened to you, then that wouldn’t be the issue.

Check support.subliminalclub.com under “my tickets”. They may have created a ticket there to apprise you as to the issue.

They did when mine got put on hold once.

Not the case again, payment was done instantly and the order was placed. There’s nothing on hold from my side.

No tickets from their side, in fact, I’ve raised 2 tickets but I’ve got no replies from them.

And yes, orders near Christmas and New Year had a few days delay. So if there is no (re)build issues, you will get it soon.

Received response to my tickets, seems like I made the wrong choice by selecting a Rebuild order for my Qv2 custom whereas Build order was to be placed.

I made the choice for it since 50$ was my budget at that time. I don’t have another 50 for the build right now. I will make the purchase later, when i’ll be able to.

@Lion I think I was right, and i’m pretty sure now. I already have a Qv2 custom, I just need to get it upgraded to ZP. Isn’t it that I chose the right option which was Build Options - Quintessence by Subliminal Club
