Right now I only have with me one pair of noise cancelling headphones.

Is it ok for me to listen to subliminals with this?

Can you turn it of?
Mine have a button to turn it off/on.

IIRC the official answer is, that they don’t know how the individual noise canceling headphones do their work, so they can’t tell if it diminishes the results, or even eliminate the subliminal.

I wouldn’t worry too much as I’ve used a pair and noticed the results as I was listening.

My speakers acting out a little bit lately so my other option is the my noise cancelling headphones.

Is anyone running masked subs on noise cancelling headphones consistenly for a long time and confirm they work well?

I am avoiding noise canceling headphone because I don’t want any thing to interfere with the subliminals.

Why would noise cancelling interfere?!

It could interfere because it’s using frequencies to cancel outside noice. These frequencies could cancel subliminal frequencies as well.
Not the trickling water but possibly the subliminal messages underneath.

Is this like an official thing cause I have been using noise cancelling all the time and I am definitely processing the programs.

I have solely used Noise Cancellation headphones - the subs work well for me :+1:

Mmm, well I hope it is not the case because that would mean I may have been receiving a distorted subliminal audio message. In any case I will try to do without noise cancelling for a bit and see if it makes any difference.

I sure do know that I am processing lol! The only thing it could do is perhaps distort part of the message that is being delivered which is definitely not a good thing.

I listen with plug in headphones because I want to be cautious.

I have a pair like that but the quality is bad and my bluetooth pair is JBL the sound is awesome but yeah noise cancelling. So I prefer to go with good quality.
