Hi,

I begin this new cycle with an ambitious stack:

Quantum
Renaissance
Stark

Last cycle I run QL1 and others, it helped me a lot with my learning limitations, it gave me confidence to learn new things, and the things related to my job.

This cycle I will continue with QL1, I plan on running 3 cycles of each stage.

My stack is very focused in learning, creativity and innovation. I hope to get certified in some topics and technologies, and improve my English (spoken is my biggest issue), things that I have been procrastinating over the years.

Let’s stark(t).

I’m thinking that QL 1 is helping me heal my wrists, during the last few months (5 months) I have been suffering pain in them, that was a limitation for me, I couldn’t use a lot the computer and doing other things related to the hands.
Now I can do more activities with my hands, not yet at a full potential though.

After many years I’m changing my glasses due to my eyes were dry and tired because using the computer a lot lately. I procrastinated a lot of time, even the oftalmologist I visited asked me why they were yellow.

I don’t watch streaming services as before, and when I do I’m eating or practicing other things. Then a thought comes to my mind, “I should be learning”.

Some times when I’m reading, I think this is interesting and I enjoy learning new things even if the subject seems boring.

Today I run a 7 minutes loop of QL 1. I’ll see how I react.

Yesterday I had a the worst reconciliation I have ever had, especially at night. I think it was because I run 7 minutes instead of 15. I won’t do it again. I had the following symptoms:

  • Headache.
  • Pain in the eyes.

Today I’m better.

Thanks so much for posting this I’ve been looking everywhere on here for QL experiences I want to run when I start my UX design program and for when I start my new job. Sounds like a great stack I will be following looking forward to the updates. Congrats and good luck on your journey.

Ok,

Today I run QL1 again. No reconciliation until now. Good mood. Just a bit lazy since I wake up. Let’s begin the day.

Great stack?

How has it worked so far?

Ran 7 minutes of Wanted and Paragon back to back. Afterwards, a slight ringing in my ears. I almost feel like in cheating ab running the stack so short. Lol. This is my third week of running this so it will be time for a washout soon.

Ok,

I’m eager to learn several things related to my job. I feel like 24 hours a day is very few time, I cannot wait for stage 3 and 4 to have more time.
