So I notice I’m not getting a confirmation email every time I send a ticket I’m trying to send. Not in the spam folder. Any solution? @AnswerGroup

Yes it is
Then you’re all good. I haven’t been receiving a confirmation email either, and they being answered

I just received an email for an answer the my ticket. They’ll email you with an update, look for that I suppose
