Its been 10 days since I have mentioned my order number.
I have also put up a query in this forum for the same.
There is no response from the forum and the support site.

Can you provide the order number again? Also, remember that our business hours are M-F. Weekends aren’t included, so the ticket request may not be late yet. Regardless, I’ll look into it myself.
