You’re probably better off putting in a support ticket because he gets tagged a million times on here.

Also check spam folder and other hidden folders in your mail.

I checked the spam folder.

Same thing happen to me before too. Saint was the one who resolved the situation back then so i write to him here again. (I issued a Ticket too btw - ID: #29072)

Was it also an express order for you? Possibly also on a Friday or weekend?

Nope, Order date is February 19. Was an standart delivery time selection.

Also another problem is i had another order on February 18 ( Order number number deleted due to security) but it is still marked as “Processing” which is weird that it is skipped and more recent order got processed :man_shrugging:

I don’t know how the mail thing works (if it’s automated or manually sent) but maybe an another solution to reach our files would be nice.

I now believe that there is a lot of manual work involved. Let’s see what Saint answers. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that your case will also be resolved quickly.

We’re looking into it. The problem started about a year ago or so when all the major mail providers added new “spam filter” technology which blocks the email from even being delivered at times rather than just going to spam. It started happening to us even though that particular email address has a very high reputation score and is marked as a transactional email (which supposedly helps bypass the filter since the email is a response to custom action). I’d check the spam folder just in case while I find these orders.

Thank you very much for checking. I find it very worrying when email providers don’t even deliver emails. That can be really damaging to businesses. :slightly_frowning_face:

I added the mail adress that usually sends the links to my “contacts” maybe that will prevent future problems.

I’m on it. We’re investigating the issue. Our mail provider is not reporting any errors, they’re saying it’s on the server side.

Thank you :pray: :pray: Another custom of mine arrived via mail this morning.

The one which did not arrived’s processing was completed at 01.03.2025.

This has been resolved and I appreciate the refund on the express charge.
