Let’s say the bill is 100$, the customer choose to give me 15%, he pays 115$, 100$ goes to the restaurant and 15$ to me.

I don’t get the full 15$ because it’s registered in the system, a portion goes to pention and tax and all of this, but yeah the tip goes to me.

Some restaurants, steal the tips from the waiter and pay them a minimum wage, let’s say the pay them 10$ an hour, they make a lot of tips which adds up to 30$ an hour, the owner just lies to the waiter and says well you got only 10$ per hour or maybe we will say you got only 9$ per hour so I must complete it for you to 10$.

in my restaurant we get only tips and the tips are divided by all of the waiters, some restaurants have private tips that each waiter gets directly from the table he is serving.

only have ran a couple loops so far, kind of waiting to see what the new hero drop looks like. Mainly just been running the custom, and Primal for the past few cycles.

Was very pleasantly surprised with the internal growth of Primal, something I plan to come back to anytime im out of a grind season, but for now I will be rotating out as I feel like stepping on the gas a bit more.

EOG maybe, but as I don’t feel there’s massive application with work, considering bringing emperor or SB as well unless the new hero is a better fit.

Have you noticed anything from EOG stage 2? The new EOG’s seem to take longer to come into effect and have more of a ‘sneak up on you’ totally different results effect.

There could be an application in terms of being a valuable employee

I have seen some results, but short time span to conclude anything. There is also quite a bit of overlap between stage 2 and executive, which isn’t bad because I think they synergize.

My main focus is getting promoted, which is never really less then an 8-12 month process, but as far as my performance I’d say executive covers everything I need to excel in my current role.

I’d say as far as promotion, it’s less about being highly skilled and a good employee, and more of a “popularity contest” type of culture so I see SB and DDTS perhaps being the most key.

Also I will need to complete my degree for the position, it’s a requirement, so SB would be useful for that as well.

Not more useful than E:E just for a degree completion. SB popularity is not social popularity but value popularity. You deliver something others don’t or can’t, or do it in a way they don’t / can’t

I know you needed a degree for a role in the family empire :laughing: but you need it for your current jobs promotion?

SDR—-> BDM. Basically an Account Executive/Closer but it’s like enterprise level sales, selling to fortune 500s, etc, and I don’t think there’s any BDMs on the team without a degree.

Yep, pretty common for the big B2B roles in healthcare, tech, software.

Absolutely going off today, best sales Ive had at rhe company so far.

Problem is… my stack started getting all over the place so I have no idea what to attribute to; but feels like things are next level both in regards to on call skill set; and lead manifestation.

Actually, some of my biggest weeks come from when I do 4-6 subs in that week.

So last 3 cycles has primarily just been Primal/Executive custom.

This cycle ive rotated out Primal for the time being, and run Executive custom basically every listening day, and have experimented with True Social (2 loops), SB (1 loop), and yesterday did a loop of Khan Black, as im considering doing a KB—>AEON run, as I believe improving your energy/vitality effects just about everything.

I would imagine SB is what’s made the difference as prospects have been responding to me completely differently, im getting more follow up conversations/lead manifestation, and I just feel more competent on the calls which makes them flow smoother and more in control.
