Okay, so I listen to 30s of TB on Friday Jun 26th in the afternoon, didn’t feel much the rest of the day. The day after I felt horny and gave in to porn, I regret that. Listened to 30s again today, felt something for a while, I’m sure something is happening.
Each time I used Khan, I would always mess-up by either moving on to the next stage before I was ready, listen to full loops instead of micro loops, or just get impatient. I’m sticking with TB, no time frame. When I move on to Stage 2 it will be because the time is right to do so. The same with Stages 3 & 4.
