Hi everyone. New sub listener, but I have read and enjoyed reading a bit of posts here. I finished my first cycle of stark Q, seductress, minds eye. I’ve noticed improvements with my visualizations and maybe a little more charismatic at times with stark q/ seductress? Not sure… I did start using LE 3 days ago and wow it’s amazing. Definitely making me take action and helping with focus. a little more about me,
I started my own real state investing business a couple of years ago and have had some good success. There are some aspects that I don’t care for and need to either improve or delegate but this past year I’ve had no motivation to continue it. What would you guys recommend to get back into it full heartedly and bring bigger success? Thanks for your input.
Which parts you don’t like about it?
Start outsourcing or hiring for those parts as soon as you can afford it.
Or is there some aspect of real estate you don’t like? For example some ethical reasons.
Fix and do those better than others if possible.
Taking action and stepping outside your comfort zone is the key.
Any wealth sub will support your growth well enough, so don’t bother wasting too much time on optimizing your stack in the beginning.
Just my two cents, so take it as you wish.
Good luck
For what my opinion is worth, @Hoppa is 100% spot on. I’d have specifically tagged him to reply to your question if he hadn’t already jumped on it.
As for a suggestion about parts you don’t like… can it be automated, perhaps with a capable AI model?
Years ago I was involved with a small startup (I didn’t last a year, I bailed… personality conflicts.) with a friend and his roommate… the roommate’s day job was as an insurance inspector of some sort. He had these crazy onerous forms for each inspection that took longer to fill out than the inspection itself… so I helped him build a template that he could tab through very quickly and select canned options for each field, with templates for each different kind of property… ie the commercial property one had some fields already filled out as N/A that only applied to residential, etc. It brought the paperwork down to about 20 minutes per report from 1h+. That was a long time ago, AI tools could whip that together rather quickly now…
Same goes for data analysis.
I hope something in there is helpful for your situation. Welcome to the forum btw!
I appreciate your input! Some parts I don’t care too much about and take up a lot of time is data analysis and scrubbing. I am trying to find an AI course that could help me with this. I have a VA that is doing well for me, but I still have two pull all the data and have her scrub it. After she scrubs it, I have to overlook her work. It’s a cycle. This conversation is making me realize I need to hire a person that is doing my job currently. Thanks again.
Thank you Blackice! Looking into an AI course. Know of any good ones?
Sub-Wise, new EoG is in the works.
It’s about finding Extasy in making Money (Gold).
Otherwise, New Limitless could hep you find your solutions easier, and according to quite a few peeps in here, it’s even more effectiev then LE in terms of productivity.
Also RoM or Genesis come to mind to deeper understand yourself, your motivations etc.
That depends 100% on what you want to do with it, what your level of expertise is with software dev, etc… There is a lot you can do with just describing what you want to a model like GPT-4o or Claude 3.5 Sonnet, but if you can work directly with the code then it becomes far more powerful.
Again though, it depends what you want to do. If it’s writing descriptions or answering emails? ChatGPT can handle that very easily… if you need to search through hundreds of MLS listings and analyze certain data points from each one looking for hidden gems? that might be a bit more involved, but still quite doable.
To start though, I highly recommend these YouTube channels for a good broad overview:
Mervin Praison
Matthew Berman
IndyDevDan
David Ondrej
AI FOR DEVS
and if you’re up for a specific LLM company channel commendation… Anthropic.
You can dive into something more specific (ie a course) once you have a good idea of what you want to do, as general AI coding courses won’t likely be specific enough, and the wrong niche approach may not be what you need.
So many good choices out there. I’m trying to stick with my stack for close to 6 months. But… I’m eyeing EOG or Rich Do you know when they’re going to release the new Eog?
Nouveau R.I.C.H.
This is gold! I just bookmarked the shit out of this comment!
Thanks for the list of recommendations I’m definitely a beginner but always willing to learn.
