No not possible to skip the rest day. Thats the recommendation and the safest way for results.
If am ok with the results am getting at 5 min loop , is it worth to increase it to 15 min in order to ’ get more ’ ? Or should I do 5 min loops only
With the new NFTW drops, as expected, my stack plans were disrupted and now I am sitting here again and thinking what titles to include in my new stack etc. and that limit of maximum 3 ZP titles in a stack still gives me headaches, FOMO and lack of clarity of what to do with my stack.
There is simply too much awesome stuff to run and to fit in within the 3 titles limit.
I apologize in advance for asking thesequestions that maybe you have encountered in support tickets too many times already.
I still don’t understand why a title with a short script would require the same full slot in my stack as a title with a long script would?
I wonder why “simple” titles with short scripts would still count as a full title in a stack?
Is that rule made in order to make it easier for new users to build their stacks without having to dive too deep in the required knowledge of a script’s length?
I wonder whether an experienced user is fine with adding “simple short script titles” like Primal Nights, ROTNW, Love Bomb, as short 3 minute loops additionally on top of their main stack of 3 titles?
Since those titles, seemingly, have only short scripts, it shouldn’t be an overload with regards to script size?
When Love Bomb and Libertine auras are included within Genesis, then Genesis still counts as just 1 title in the stack, but then when one adds Libertine and Love Bomb seperately, they all of a sudden count as 2 full seperate titles, requiring 2 own stack slots?!?
And wouldn’t it make sense to assign to each title a “script heaviness” score?
For example, one is allowed to have a maximum stack heaviness score of 10 points at any time. A heavy title with a long script like WB would add 6 points, while a short simple title like ROTNW would add 2 points. And if you run WB for only 3 minutes instead of 15 minutes, then this would maybe only add 3 heaviness points etc. Just an idea…
Thank you in advance for helping me understand this.
I’d guess that it’s all to individual to assign concrete numbers.
The more you are already aligned with the goals of the sub, the lighter it is.
Let’s say James Bond starts running WB and GLM:TC. The titles would be rather light for him since he is embodying them already to a big amount. So no much recon because the required changes are rather small.
If he should chose Heartsong and DR instead he might be hit harder since he made very traumatic experiences, also in loosing his only true love.
A successful business man will perceive Emperor lighter than someone living of the social system for decades.
You would need to assess your own levels of realization in context of the goals of the subs to determine its density.
But that’s just my two cents.
