Does anyone has experience with the regular Airpods(not pro)? I like them better than pro, because they do not go into your ear canal
These should be fine.
Hey i just got my hd 280 pro
Im trying it rn. Before going to bed im testing things out
But it seems very low? Even when i put it at 50% ?
Is that normal?
Very low compared to my senneheiser hd bt 4.0
Which was very weirdly modified it was crappy tbh
This one feels very low, even at reasonable high volume on other headsets such as the hd bt 4.0
Im using it with my phone btw
Is it safe for Ultima to listen on 50%? Even if the masked sound still sound low to me?
50% isnt loud at all on the hd 280 playing through my iphone xs max
It feels very far away like the volume is coming from another room (running ultima too, which is higher in volume compared to a regular masked file)
Very strange
Any 280 HD PRO users here?

This one feels very low, even at reasonable high volume on other headsets such as the hd bt 4.0
Yeah, that doesn’t sound right. My HD 280s sound phenomenal. What kind of phone do you have?
Iphone XS MAX
Does it cause any harm?
To play at 50% on my iphone xs max using the hd 280 pro
Running an ultima?
But i feel 50% is mid low not loud at all,
Is the ultrasonic harmful at that level? Even if the mask is low?
Im concerned about this
The iPhone may not produce enough juice to power the headphones. You may need a small external amp that connects in between the phone and the headset.

But i feel 50% is mid low not loud at all,
You’ll have to use Frequensee to correctly gauge how loud the ultrasonic is. You should be able to listen to the audio pretty low and still get benefits.
So youd say no need for a dac?
The dt770 that i had was 80 ohms , and at 35% they were great
But truly the were bad listening to music cause of the iphones capabilities and ohms, it was different when i connected it to my focusrite 2i2
Has anyone tested the AirPods Pro max
@Budewr There is another possibility, how is your hearing? In other words, when was it most recently checked?
I havent checked my hearing at all
How to check?
If it were me, I would go to a physician or licensed health care professional.
Perhaps your general physician could recommend someone.
