New listening pattern, more taxing?

hey guys

since ive switched to this new pattern ( 1 day on/ 1 day off) ive been feeling tired in the morning once i wake up , its like if i keep myself asleep i can probably sleep for 12-14hours, its like sleep is never enough.

:confused: its very weird, anyone has been facing this?

during the day its very normal, its just when you wake up from bed you get this urge and ur body tells you, that youre tired and need more sleep

generally speaking, whats ur thoughts on the new pattern? do you find it better than the old 5/2 legacy thing? in terms of results and comfyness

any isnights would be appreacited

i made a ticket to support, they said i should wait for 2 weeks to see how the water goes,

What exactly are the subs or customs you are listening too? And how many loops per sub per day are you listening?

im listneing to Emperor + QLST1 + LDU one loop for each title

Not really.

Just add a rest day in between each loop.

I do the 1:2 split because every other day is too much for me.
After all those are RECOMMENDATIONS. You can always do less. Running MORE loops is where shit gets tough.

Emperor is very tough on me. On a day when I listen to the emperor + ascension + daredevil, always have worsened sleep. I am gonna switch to AM, Emperor is too much taxing for me.

Emperor works different for everyone

I can listen to Emperor Qv2 in a dense custom with little to no recon for awhile it really all depends on your journey i would imagine.

Emperor + Ascension is a bit of an overkill since Ascension is already part of emperor. Emperor is also way more alpha and status than Ascension

It does not matter now why I am using it in this thread. I just wanted to make a point that I am using emperor with two so-called easiest programs and still, Emperor gives me a hard time with sleeping.

When do you listen to emperor?

I think the REM sleep (dream sleep) helps process the subliminals. The more hours a person sleeps, the longer the REM sleep lasts. So there is more REM sleep at 7 hours of sleep compared to 5 hours of sleep. More at 9 hours than 7 hours.

So wanting to sleep 12 hours might mean your brain wants to process more with dreaming.

In my case I noted that , my dreams are related to Sub’s goals .

Is that something you too experience ?

i dropped a sub so i have a lighter stack now made out of 2 Q’s and 1 ultima

ive been seeing improvment in terms of that, i slept for a couple of hours and im good to go for the day!

but id have to test for another week to see if its really cuz of the sub i dropped or not. but yes holy cow dreaming is full of processing, lots of fears, some weird stuff sometimes, the sub mind is very smart

When I was running Khan TB solo, my listening schedule was one day on and two days off. Worked fine for me, after the initial adjustment period. I found that the recommended 1/1 listening schedule was too much for me. Would lay me out flat…
