hey guys
since ive switched to this new pattern ( 1 day on/ 1 day off) ive been feeling tired in the morning once i wake up , its like if i keep myself asleep i can probably sleep for 12-14hours, its like sleep is never enough.
its very weird, anyone has been facing this?
during the day its very normal, its just when you wake up from bed you get this urge and ur body tells you, that youre tired and need more sleep
generally speaking, whats ur thoughts on the new pattern? do you find it better than the old 5/2 legacy thing? in terms of results and comfyness
any isnights would be appreacited
