Good day all.
I decided to give SC a go. I have started with “Wanted” and I’m following the guidelines laid out with the pdf that was included in my downloads. It’s been going on for about a week.
I’ve been trying to search through the forums here regarding questions that are similar to what I have, but I’m either really bad at searching for them or some of these threads go so long it’s like finding a needle in a haystack.
Everyone seems to be very helpful and super nice here, so I’m hoping I can get some insight from y’all.

Is there a preferred time of day to listen to these? Right now, I listen to the track when I wake up in the morning. I just play it, read my emails, do my wordle of the day and browse reddit. Then at night, about an hour before sleeping. Same activities. Reddit, emails, etc.

Is there a difference, in terms of efficacy between masked and ultrasonic? I unfortunately live in an apartment complex with… ‘thin’ walls and some of my neighbours have dogs. I know how ultrasonic frequencies and dogs mix. So I’ve been listening to masked with my earbuds on transparent mode, just to play it safe and respect my neighbours. Trust me when I say this: these dogs get annoying af when they’re excited.

I have started to notice that I’m dreaming… alot. Way more than usual. They’re not sexual in nature, as some others have posted when going through “Wanted”, they’re just really, really weird. Is this normal? I’ve been finding for the last 5 days straight that I’ve had some dreams that were so crazy I end up waking up being slightly disturbed by them. They’re not nightmares by any means, but they are super bizarre. A few of them have been so outright whack that I end up awake for another hour or more, and I have to calm myself down before going back to sleep. I just hope that this will eventually fade away or at least not be as frequent. I really love me my sleep! Right now, I’m waking up absolutely exhausted due to the sleep interruption.
