Just to confirm, have you checked junk mail section?
Confirm it’s the right email address.
Yes I have. Still nothing. My password was saved onto the iCloud data base after I made this account less than 10 days ago and when I try to login into the support page to create a ticket, it says it’s wrong.
The account here doesn’t work to sign in on the main website. Including support.
Have to create a separate account there if you haven’t yet.
Can still use the same email address unless they’ve changed that since I joined.
I realize that doesn’t help with your emails from here not reaching you. Just offering insight into why support page may not let you sign in.
