Day 21 - New Emperor (15 minutes)
Good morning. Final listening day and I’m happy to finally complete a full 21 day listening cycle. I am feeling a little taxed and will enjoy the break. I may take a rest too from daily log updates during the washout days unless there are results to report. I’ll be back again though for the next cycle. If Chosen is upgraded, I’ll likely stack it with Emperor.
Washout Day #2
All is going well, kind of still feel like shit internally but there’s also a mental strength from Emperor that pushes me forward. I think my vibe has changed because I notice I’m dealing with a lot more smart arses who seem to be challenging me in their own way the past few weeks. I just ignore them and get on with it but it’s definitely been noticeable. It’s a weird sort of vibe from people, like for example I picked up some timber yesterday and the guy who checks to make sure you’re not stealing stuff when driving out checked my load and said “have a nice Easter” with a weird smart arse tone and I just said “bye”, but I thought about it and wondered why he said that, and why he used a weird aggressive tone. Was it an attempt at humour? I don’t know… But if there’s no Chosen upgrade, I might try a few loops of LBFH with Emperor next cycle to see if it softens me in the eyes of others, so I don’t get all these weirdos challenging me.
I’m pretty much recovered from the virus now and am going to start working out again next week. Today is my 3rd day on the keto diet and it’s been ok. I don’t think I’m in ketosis yet, but it should be soon.
Just dropping in on lunch break to check out these new subs or upgrades. It’s pretty hot here at the moment, not the best working conditions but I’ve got to get out there for at least 3 more hours this afternoon. Emperor give me the strength! I kind of missed the regular loop today, and I think I could have continued the cycle longer but I’ll stick to the recommendations and take a 5 day break.
I noticed this quite a bit on Emperor ZPv2. Not sure what’s up, or if it’s my own personal intensity but it’s not something I like.
I’m very early in my stack with the New Emperor, and feeling out its effects on me. Right now I feel pretty good and my interactions are fine.
I ran Chosen alongside Emperor and Khan before, to smoothen it a bit. I always like the way I come across and treated on Chosen. It’s remarkable.
As for my current cycle, aside from HoM, I was thinking of running Wanted with the New Emperor.
I want the attraction, bedroom boost and looks, and I’m thinking the halo effect from Wanted will also benefit my experience and interactions with Emperor.
Yeah, damn dude I didn’t think of Wanted. That would be a good stack too with the New Emperor. I was going to go with Chosen for the reasons you said, but Wanted could be another option to consider. I did want to wait for the upgraded versions and today we now have upgraded Rebirth and PCC which are also tempting to stack with Emperor. Hmmm decisions…
I think Emperor + PCC + Wanted or Chosen could be a winner.
Washout Day #3
So, just to add to that last story. I’ve also had a lot of borderline road rage from people since starting the New Emperor. Like super aggressive drivers tailgating me even though I’m doing the speed limit. Not sure if it’s the subliminal or if this place is just full of fruit loops these days. But yeah, it’s annoying and I had another one today.
The washout has been smooth. Usually I feel worse the first few days of resting from a sub but it’s business as usual this time around. The keto diet is still happening, I’ve been feeling a bit sick on it so I drank some salt water which helped a bit…
Next cycle I’m leaning towards using DR: Phoenix. I think it has potential to help me out in a lot of areas. The only part I fear is starting it going into Christmas holiday period and being in a bad state. I seem to be able to handle the subs pretty well though and I think it will be ok. I had a few internal breakthroughs on New Emperor, so I can only imagine how DR: Phoenix may help.
Stark works well with emperor it will add further dimensions to your personality.
Good stuff man, I’m always hearing good things about the sub. I’ll definitely keep it in mind for sometime next year.
Can I hear more about your experience with New Emp + WB, since thinking about this stack for a while to start with.
Sorry man. I’ve been off WB for months. My run with it wasn’t too long (about a month), so maybe seek out experiences in the WB thread to find the stack setup you’re curious about.

The problem is, I got shit ton of crazy results with Primal, SB and WB but they made me enjoy and not stay actively working on goals. I was just going with the flow.
Need productivity now, but Emperor makes me just disconnect it all again. I work somewhere and need to stay in touch with people most of the time, and also have to give few interviews so i need those verbals on point, so idk what stack could be the perfect fix for this.
Would LE be a possibility?
