New custom - listening protocol?

Hello to anyone reading

So I’ve created a new custom; pretty much all of the cores/modules are new to me.

Zero Point listening protocol states that if I run it solo (no other Subs/Customs), I should listen as follows:
Day 1: 1-2 loops
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: 1-2 loops
Day 4: Rest
(plus washout after 21 days etc).

Also, I’ve seen advice here that with new Customs/Subs, I should just start with a 30 second microloop and work up slowly from there.

My question is, if I’m just running this single, pretty light and focused sub (albeit full of new material), what kind of loop length would be recommended to start with?
And if I did 2 loops in a day/session, should I modify that loop length?

This is the Custom build by the way (I’ll be happy to chat about my choices of cores/modules and the reasons for them, if anyone wants to!):

Sanguine – The Elixir core
Genesis: The Art of Happiness & Joy core

Discordia Deliverance
Path of Forgiveness
Pride Unbroken

Synergy: Carpe Vitam
Synergy: Semper Praesens
Synergy: Wonders of Life

Deus
ZPU Anti-Recon

I would run one loop of 15min for the first listen, and then adjust from there on day 3 depending how I feel.

With only one sub and especially with this choice of cores which is very easy going and positive, you have massive amount of room to play around and experiment what is best for you.

You could start at 3-5min loop and increase by one min every listen, you could also do one loop in the morning and another one in the afternoon/evening.

I personally almost always start new subs with at least one full loop to get it all, the exception I made was WB because how dense it is.

I would not run more than one full loop per day of the same sub, less is more but more can easily get too much.

This thing about starting with 30sec is valid for those hyper sensitive individuals who don’t know how to adapt and be flexible with change and get overwhelmed easily by new information, it’s not the majority and I personally would never run less than 3-5min of a sub that I want to get benefits from.

The only exception for me is 1min loops as booster or for days off when needed.

I’m sharing this as my personal experience and opinions but it’s always for you to find out what works best.

There’s as many different listening schedules as there are people, the more experienced you get with these tools the more you can custom adapt your listening time to your own experience.

One loop per day is more than enough. I don’t think you’ll get more out of it if you play the custom twice same day. If you will get recon more often, you can add 2/3 rest days in between each listen instead of 1. The schedule otherwise looks great to me.

Just consider if you have any major challenges with the cores objectives.
If you have serious problems with being happy, it’s more probable that you’ll get recon.
In that case I’d start slower and not go the full loop route.
If not you’re good to go.
