Need help to reset my password

I am in peru right now and my old phone died.
I buy a new one and now i have no passwords for the main shop or the Q store.

I tried to reset my password but this has never worked out.

I contacted saint 12 days ago,he said he can help me but nothing happend.

Since 2 days i am in the hotel (in the jungel) and i cant even walk because of an ultra hard Gout attack.

I need access to my downloads, specially Paragon
I have internet sometimes but i cant buy something online. Otherewise i would have buyd paragon again

Please help me its fucking urgent
