Need help to induce Lucid dreaming

I will also say that I got a wicked lucid dream after a single loop of Mind’s Eye Q (older tech…though I was sure it was Mind’s Eye Terminus Squared). Not tried Mind’s Eye in ZP form yet for lucid dreams.

rn i have Limitless in my stack, and i think i will include ROD .

Or can i include microloops of ME and ROD alongside limitless??

This is where I bow out. I’m “experimental” with my stacks usually so I don’t make recommendations anymore :joy:

I had the old LifeCharger app for half an eternity on my phone. Recently I started to use Dreams to fall asleep. I guess I listened to it perhaps 7 times now. Dream recall improved strongly.
Nothing as lucid dreaming as of yet, but that’s nothing I’m aiming for (it would be nice though).
All I want is to get clearer messages from my subconsciousness.

I have achieved a good dream recall since dwelling on LD technique.

I am trying to lucid dream to reprogram my mind, simulate a situation, learn complex nature of reality, to enter void state , to even shift reality/quantum jump and lastly a big fucking harem

Mm, i don’t have much of an access myself but i can share the names of some subreddit i follow. Remember those subreddits are highly right brain lenient people and you might see those as pure bs

For lucid dreaming best subreddit is r/Lucid Dream
For shifting r/RealityShifting

Some effective ways to indice lucid dreams :

  • u gotta wake up after 4 hours of sleep, recall your dream and write it in ur journal. Now rewrite the dream but this time you will write as if you induced a lucid dream in the same dream. After you wrote the dream, visualise the dream and imagine yourself lucid for couple of times. This will increase your chances of lucid dreaming

Some things you might try after you achieve lucidity in a dream

  • Enter the void: Expand your hands widely like the T pose (lol). And spin in the dream , this will dissplve the dream and will shift you to the void state , in this state you will activate ur manifestation power. Its like manifestation on steroids. U are pure consciousness and just can manifest anything

  • Shifting: first you need a script where you want to shift, an alternative reality where u are rich? Or a diff timeline. Script it in detail to make your intention solid.
    Then when u entered the void state. Imagine a portal , define your parameters, what should be your reality behind the portal and walk through it.
    You might end up in wrong reality but no worries you can always shift back .

  • Neuro Plasticity : you can learn skills, ask questions to your subconscious, get rid of addictions.

  • Have the sex of your dreams: have the ideal sex with ideal partner , believe me its just as real

And yes last but not the least: you can use galatamine as supplement to indice lucid dream but its more complicated.

U gotta wake up in ur rem cycle, take the supplement and will do hypnogogic imagery meditation (search it) and u will need a anchor while falling asleep. This increases ur chance of lucidity

I’ve had lucid dreams from time to time in my life without doing anything special.
But very rarely and often only for a short time.

With RoD, I had lucid dreams the very first night I listened to it. RoD greatly increased my ability to have lucid dreams and I experimented with it for a while. I never had as many lucid dreams as I did with RoD. At some point I lost interest in it and went back to concentrating on other things in my life.

I used to listen to RoD just before going to sleep. A 15 minute loop. It worked very well for me.

That’s interesting. I did a Google of this and it’s an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. Which basically inhibits the breakdown of acetylcholine, which is responsible for your short term memory, attention, and also involuntary muscle movement.

There are plenty of things to increase your acetylcholine levels. It makes sense that a drug which attenuates the loss of attention and short term memory would help with remaining lucid after the body goes to sleep. Apparently coffee and caffeine also enhances the release of acetylcholine.

Now release is not the same thing as blocking breakdown, but considering this little factoid sounds like it would be a good thing to take into consideration when trying to creating lucidity. It would be about maintaining the faculty of attention within the flow state after the body has gone to sleep.

There was research conducted on it. The supplement highly increases the chance of lucid dreaming when taken correctly. One youtuber just took it without any research before he went to sleep and he ended up having no dream recall and sensations of exhaustion after the sleep

Interesting, maybe the brute force of Q/Qv2 made your frontal lobe go stimulated in rem cycle of the sleep. Thats only the possible reason.

I wonder why do you prefer Q/Qv2 over ZPs

Q tech was good enough but results would slow down gradually
I used to get very bad recon on Qv2 but recon subsided or became more of a leftover since starting zp.

I did galantamine one time. I got lucid from it. But it felt “dirty”. Felt like I was lucid and had too much caffeine. Walked around lucid and on edge. Never again :joy:

@FireDragon @Trader ran 7 min ROD before taking a nap, and the dream was weird . It was one of those kind of dreams where you would expect yourself to become lucid

Its like some really unexplainable things started to happen and i did question how is this possible

Like there is a alley between my house and the main road , and in the dream there is a point of time loop in between the alley. And lastly when i retuned home to take a bath, I wasn’t able to stand on the bathroom on my own, its everytime i would stand i would slip anyway. There were little subtleties in my dream experience which might had led to lucid dream.

I will try running ut for a cycle or until i get atleast my first lucid dream

Also: a shift in mind i didn’t get dissapointed, its is imp because i was being constantly dissapointed in my failed attempts. Hope this gets better

Yes thats the door to a lucid dream. Sometimes its so obvious that this can not be real that you realise it must be a dream. Sometimes this didnt happen.

Unfortuanetly i can not tell you why or how it is possible to get this kind of awareness in every dream. For me it happens or it doesnt.

RoD is helping to get a lucid dream and it was helping to get longer lasting lucid dreams.
One of my main problems in the beginning.
