Need help for support ticket 374

Hi @SaintSovereign,

I have not received answer since December 3rd for this ticket. Every time I sent a mail asking for this ticket I only get a mail saying:

" Your request (418) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.
To add additional comments, reply to this email."

I asked for advice about 2-3 weeks ago and did not receive a reply either.

Thought it was quite unprofessional, but got over it and forgot about it.

Customer service in this regard, could be much better.

I imagine it’d depend on the question… if it wasn’t something there was a readily available answer to, it might take some time to figure out. Don’t forget, SC is only actually like… 3 people, and until very recently, at least one of them had a full-time day job as well.
