I’ve been using subs for a while now and I’m running Emperor v2 + R.I.C.H + Quantum Limitless ST1 + LEU v2. And I want to run Chosen ZP and Emperor ZP. How should I go about this?
Here are the listening instructions for ZP.
For a stack of Emperor ZP + Chosen ZP in your case:
Day 1: Emperor ZP (x1), Chosen ZP (x1)
Day 2: Rest Day, No subs
Day 3: Emperor ZP (x1), Chosen ZP (x1)
Day 4: Rest Day
and so on
Day 19: Emperor ZP (x1), Chosen ZP (x1)
Day 20: Rest Day
Day 21: Emperor ZP (x1), Chosen ZP (x1)
After 21 days, do a 5 day washout of no subs. Resume the stack after the washout or try a different stack with ZP titles for another 21 days.
Noted, so I should drop Emperor v2 + R.I.C.H + QL ST1 + LEU v2 and focus on running Chosen ZP and Emperor ZP?
You could.
Here are some things to consider.
-
The max number of titles in the stack if you run at least one ZP title is 3.
-
If you still run Qv2 & Ultima V2 titles, the max is 4 titles in the stack.
-
One ZP loop is 15 minutes while a Qv2 or Ultima V2 loop is one hour.
-
Running Emperor ZP (x1) + Chosen ZP (x1) would just take 30 minutes for the listening day.
Noted. Thanks a lot, appreciate it.
2 Zp Titel and 1 Qv2 Titel.
D1 zp+zp
D2 rest
D3 1 Qv2 titel
D4 rest
D5 repeat pattern from day 1
D21 Break for 5 days
@hyperbeam Looking back at this, how should I start the ZP? Do I drop all Qv2 Subs and start right away or do I wait for a few days first before starting ZP?
Thank you. How did you start ZP when you did Qv2 titles, did you start right away or waited for a few days to refresh your mind and then start ZP?
I did start right away.
But you have to decide for yourself
If you sense that you have overload or that you had reconciliation the last week then I would wait a couple of days
I had 1 time reconciliation during my zp run because I switched 1 Qv2 Custom with another Qv2 custom.
That was to much
I would wait a few days to a week. It would be a washout period of no subs. You may encounter bloom and manifest some results.
